Gold Hand Paperweight And Pen Holder

A cast hand, cuff and all, emerging from the desk with its fingers curled to take a pen. Set the pen across the open fingers and it sits at a comfortable angle, ready to pick up again. Lift it off and the hand goes back to holding down papers.

The finish is a bright polished gold, with the knuckles, nails and shirt cuff picked out in the casting. It is a heavy piece, so it stays where you put it, and it reads as an ornament as much as a piece of desk kit.

• Gold finish hand-shaped paperweight
• Doubles as a pen rest
• Heavy enough to hold loose papers
• Supplied in a gift box

One for a desk that could do with something other than a tidy tray, and an easy gift for a man who writes by hand.
