It is a gift that reads as decoration and gets used as an accessory, which is a rare and useful combination for a certain age group. Hang it on a branch, clip it to a stocking, tie it to the top of a gift, or set it at a place at the table so everyone leaves with something in their hair.

Perfect for: stocking stuffers, tween and teen gifts, holiday party favors, sleepover gifts, secret Santa exchanges, and cousins who need something small.

Put it on the front of the tree at kid height, since the whole appeal is that it looks like a decoration until you realize it is not.
